First of all thank you for choosing us and supporting a small business. We really really appreciate it. We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the release of the latest beyblade X products. We have recently been informed by our supplier that not all of our orders will be shipped in the initial shipment scheduled for this coming Saturday, July 15th. This is primarily due to an unexpectedly high surge in demand, surpassing the projections made by TakaraTomy.
To accommodate the orders received, including those placed after preorders, we had made a substantial order. However, TakaraTomy has decided to distribute the available stock among the various companies that placed orders. We understand their decision to ensure fair distribution among all customers.
The positive aspect is that our large order size allows us to fulfill the preorders received thus far for the majority of the beyblade models, with the exception of BX-07, BX-10, and BX-09. For BX-07, we can only ship approximately 50% of the preorders received in the first batch of shipments. Similarly, for BX-10, around 70% of the preorders received to date can be shipped. As for BX-09, TakaraTomy has not yet released it to us, causing a delay for all orders of this particular model. We are hopeful that we will receive our 2nd shipment in late August, although this timeline is subject to change.
Please rest assured that all orders will be shipped in the order they were received. If your order is not included in the first shipment, there is no need to worry, as you will still be prioritized for the second shipment. By July 24-28th, most customers will have clarity on whether their order will be shipped in the initial batch or not.
